Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Latoria "Tori" Lundy is a dynamic and accomplished woman whose life is a testament to perseverance, faith, and purpose. As the youngest of nine siblings and a proud first-generation college graduate, Tori has built a career rooted in education, empowerment, and service.

A scholar at heart, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science Pre-Law, with a minor in English, from the prestigious Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU), graduating magna cum laude. She continued her academic journey by obtaining a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and later achieved her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2016.

While her legal and business acumen have shaped her professional path, Tori's true passion lies in helping women look and feel their best. As a Makeup Artist, Beauty Educator, and Confidence Curator, she uses her expertise to empower women through the art of makeup, teaching them how to enhance their natural beauty with confidence. This passion led her to create the MandaTORI Makeup Masterclass, a hands-on experience that equips women with the skills to master their own makeup routines effortlessly.

Beyond beauty, Tori is a faith-driven entrepreneur. She is the CEO and owner of MandaTori Hosting, LLC. She hosts and emcee events all across the country. She is also the  CEO/LeadHer of G.I.F., Inc. (God Intended Friends), a faith-based organization dedicated to cultivating Christ-centered friendships, fostering spiritual growth, and creating a supportive community. Every Thursday evening at 8 PM EST, she hosts a weekly Bible study for God Intended Friends, providing a space for encouragement and connection. In December 2024, she answered her spiritual calling by becoming a licensed minister, deepening her commitment to faith and service.

Tori’s guiding scripture, Jeremiah 29:11, reflects her unwavering belief in God’s plan:
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

In addition to her work in beauty and ministry, Tori is a motivational speaker, event host, radio sales agent, and notary. She believes in the power of education, creativity, and personal development, which fuels her love for reading, traveling, and creating. Living by the principle, “Service is the rent we pay for the privilege of living on this earth,” she dedicates her life to uplifting, inspiring, and transforming the lives of those around her.
